Dear EuroCHRIE Colleagues,  Many of us have safely returned to our homes all over the globe with wonderful memories of our time together at the EuroCHRIE 2009 conference at HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki, Finland – 22nd- 24th October 2009. Words are somewhat inadequate to describe how excellent was this ‘coolest’ conference ever “From Services to Experiences in Tourism and the Hospitality Industry and Education”.
The team at HAAGA-HELIA UAS combined together to make what was for all the delegates one of the highlights of 27 years of EuroCHRIE conferences.
There were 180 delegates from all over the world and we benefited from respected keynote speakers, industry professionals, high quality paper presentations, panel discussions and innovative insights in truly Scandinavian surroundings. The City Hall reception and the Gala Dinner which celebrated EuroCHRIE award winners were fabulous.
We are very grateful to all the unsung heroes of the event; all the staff and the students who combined to give us all an unforgettable experience at HAAGA-HELIA UAS.

Now the EuroCHRIE Board invites you to attend the 28th EuroCHRIE Conference in Amsterdam 25th – 28th October 2010 hosted by Stenden and Saxion Universities of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
