Registration
Registration is required for admission to all Conference activities. Attendees must wear their badges while at Haaga Campus. To find the registration desk, please follow the signs from the Hotel Haaga reception to Haaga Campus lobby. Items found during the Conference should be brought to the Registration/Info desk. Registration is open daily from 8:00 to 18:00.

! Paper presentations uploads before the presentation !
Should you have a paper presentation in the conference programme, please follow these instructions: After registering by the Registration/Info desk, please come directly to the office next to the Registration/Info desk. Bring your presentation on a memory stick with you. Haaga Campus staff will be in the office to upload your presentation to the computer from Thu 22 to Sat 24 at 8:00-18:00. Please note, that you should not leave the office before it has been checked that the presentation opens from the folder it has been uploaded into. Later on Haaga Staff will help you to open the presentation in the class room where your presentation is taking place.
